- I want to cancel my ongoing subscription

Canceling is easy (though we hate to see you go!) Log into your Yarnbox.com account and click VIEW AND EDIT next to the subscription you want to cancel. Scroll to the bottom and click 'cancel' for this subscription. Please remember - all subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscriptions for a period of time (3-month, 6-month) will continue delivery until the paid-for period has terminated, but will not renew when canceled. We hope to see you back again someday soon!

Great news. Yarnbox subscriptions renew automatically. You will continue to receive Yarnbox until you cancel.
- When do subscriptions renew?

Yarnbox Classic renews on the first of the month and ships on the 3rd Monday of the month. Socks renews on the 15th of the month and ship on the 1st of the month. Luxe renews quarterly on the 15th of the month before the box ships, and ships on the 1st of the month. You can see your subscription specific billing date by logging in and then clicking VIEW AND EDIT on your subscription.
- I did not know subscriptions auto-renew and I was charged. Can I get a refund?

We try to make it very clear during the signup process that all non-gift subscriptions auto-renew, just like a magazine or newspaper. We cannot process refunds on renewed subscriptions, but you can cancel at any time before the next billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- I do not like the yarn I got. Can I return it or exchange it?

Each Yarnbox is a surprise, and for letting us surprise you, you get a discount on the yarn you receive. If we allowed returns we would have to raise prices, and that would be no fun at all. - What comes in a Yarnbox shipment?

Depending on the shipment you choose (Classic, Luxe, or Socks), your box will contain different things. To view past Yarnbox shipments, look at our Facebook page: facebook.com/yarnbox or in our Ravelry group: www.ravelry.com/groups/yarnbox
- Can you ship my Yarnbox on a different date?

No, we cannot customize shipping and billing dates for each member. It's more fun for everybody to celebrate shipping on the same day! Join us in the Ravelry group to party on shipping days: www.ravelry.com/groups/yarnbox
- Can I pick and choose my Yarnbox shipments?

Yarnbox is a surprise, and that's part of the fun. You can customize your Yarnbox shipments by choosing a most favorite color, least favorite color, needle size (not too big means no chunky or above, while not too small means no fingering or below), and craft choice. All boxes contain access to both knitting & crochet patterns, so if you do both crafts, don't worry! You get all the patterns.
- I only like a few colors. How do I make sure I only get those?

Part of what our members enjoy is the surprise of Yarnbox, and the challenge to work with yarns outside your comfort zone. We only allow one least favorite and one most favorite color. If you aren't ready to try new things, maybe Yarnbox isn't for you, and that's okay!
- If I buy two subscriptions for the same box, will I get the same thing?

We cannot guarantee that if you purchase more than one of a single subscription type, you will get the same yarn or colorway.
- Can I get a 'double dose' of Yarnbox?

Subscriptions are in high demand and we are not able to fulfill double-up requests at this time. If you would like more yarn, you can find some in the Overstock store, in our Ravelry group: www.ravelry.com/groups/yarnbox or in your Local Yarn Store or through the dyer's website.
- I want more yarn. Where do I find it?

All the yarns we feature in Yarnbox are available for purchase through the dyer's online store or through local yarn stores. Occasionally, we have a few skeins available in the overstock Store, which you can access by logging into yarnbox and clicking the OVERSTOCK STORE button. - Why did I get knitting AND crochet patterns in my Yarnbox?

In our Classic shipment, ALL members get both patterns. When we started, we separated the two and it made people who did both crafts sad. Now, we make sure everybody gets all the patterns, so that you never have to miss out! Don't worry - you only have to use the patterns you want.
- Where are my patterns

Patterns are located in your Pattern Library, found by logging into Yarnbox. Did you get a gift subscription? Choose the topic "Gift Subscriptions" above for more help. If you did not get a gift subscription, you could be logging in with the wrong email address. Double-check your email address before logging in to make sure it is the one connected with your account. If you still aren't seeing them, contact us using the form below and we'll take a look.
- What level of difficulty are the patterns included?

We try to mix it up, so your level of difficulty for patterns each month will vary. If a pattern is too hard, just save it for later and explore other pattern options in our Ravelry group: www.ravelry.com/groups/yarnbox.
- I don't like all the patterns included. Can I get a refund?

Sorry, but we cannot process refunds on shipped boxes. Look for more patterns here: www.ravelry.com/groups/yarnbox - you can also trade or sell your box on this forum.

- When does my Yarnbox ship?

Yarnbox Classic ships on the 3rd Monday of each month. The next Yarnbox Classic will ship on 05/15/2018.
Yarnbox Socks ships monthly, on the 1st of the month. The next Yarnbox Socks will ship on 12/31/1969
Yarnbox Luxes ships quarterly, on the 1st of the month. The next Yarnbox Luxe will ship on 06/01/2018
- How do I track my Yarnbox?

Log into your Yarnbox account and press the button that says 'click to track'. If you do not see this, Yarnbox has not shipped yet! If you see that a lable has printed but Yarnbox has not made any shipping progress after three days, please click "I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION" below and let us know.
- I think my Yarnbox is lost, what do I do?

This is terrible news and we are really sorry. Although we have experienced lost boxes in the mail, most show up within 30 days. If the shipping status of your Yarnbox shows it has not arrived after 30 days, let us know and we will rush you a replacement. If has been less than 30 days, please wait to contact us as we will just tell you to be patient. 99.9% of all Yarnboxes arrive safely, even the delayed ones. If it has been seven days and you do not see ANY tracking information other than a label was printed, please select OTHER at the bottom of this list and send us a message.
- My box is taking too long. Where is it?

Most boxes travel in a period of 3 - 10 business days. If you would like your box to come sooner, log into your Yarnbox account and click the 'click to edit' button, then upgrade your shipping to expedited shipping. This will help your box come faster in slow-mail areas (we highly recommend this option for members living in Hawaii, Alaska, and those with APO addresses.)
- I think my box was returned to you. What do I do?

We keep an eye out for returned boxes and will do our best to contact you if your box is returned to us so we can ship it back out. If you think your box may have been returned due to incorrect informationUse this contact form to let us know.
- My box was sent to the wrong address. What do I do?

Make sure your account information is correct before any box ships out to you. If a box is shipped in error to the wrong address, please call your local postal provider and let them know of the error and tracking number (which you can find in your Yarnbox account.) If your box is already listed as delivered and you know it was delivered to the wrong person, please contact your local USPS. Unfortunately, misdelivered boxes must be marked as 'stolen' as they cannot be recovered.

- When will I be billed for my Yarnbox shipments?

Yarnbox Classic bills on the 1st of each month. Yarnbox Socks bills on the 15th of each month. Yarnbox Luxe bills on the 15th of the month before it ships.
- I was billed and I do not want a Yarnbox. What do I do?

All Yarnbox auto-renew just like a magazine or newspaper - we try to make this clear when you are checking out. If you do not want to receive any more Yarnbox shipments, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your Yarnbox account, pressing 'click to edit' and hitting 'cancel'. You will receive any boxes you have already paid for, but will not be charged again.
- I need to take a break from Yarnbox. Can I put my subscription on hold?

Sorry, but due to the club's limited spaces and availability, we cannot put subscriptions on hold. You can cancel and re-join at any time.
- I get paid on one day but Yarnbox bills on another. Can I change my billing date?

To track the status of your Yarnbox delivery, log in at the top of the page, then click the tracking link under your subscription.
- Can I cancel my gift subscription?

Sorry, but we are not able to customize the date your subscription arrives. Classic boxes ship on the 3rd Monday of each month, Socks ships on the 1st and Luxe ships quarterly on the 1st. If you would like to give your box to someone on a specific day, have it delivered to your address and hand it over personally.
- Can I transfer my gift subscription to someone else?

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable. They are welcome to trade or sell their subscription boxes in this member-run forum: ravelry.com/groups/yarnbox.
- My gift subscription isn't showing up in my account, how do I track it?

Gift subscriptions must be linked to the account of the person who has received them. When someone purchases a gift subscription, they are given a one-time code for the recipient. Log in and redeem that code at yarnbox.com/redeem.. If you do not already have a Yarnbox account, you can redeem your code and set up your account at yarnbox.com/redeem..
- The patterns aren't showing up for my gift subscriptions. What do I do?

- I don't have my gift code, and neither does the person who bought me the subscription. What can I do?

We will need to link up your subscription manually. Please send us the following information in the form below: Your name, address, zip code & email, or person who gifted you your subscription's email.
- I bought a gift subscription but it hasn't arrived yet! Why not?

Our boxes ship at specific times throughout the month. You can check the status of your box by logging into your Yarnbox account and clicking 'track' under the subscription information. If you do not see a tracking link, check the dates for shipping listed in your account page. Some boxes like Luxe ship only once per quarter.
- I bought the wrong gift subscription. Can I transfer it over?

We're sorry, but gift subscriptions are non-transferable.
- Do gift subscriptions auto-renew?

No, gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again.
- Can I renew my gift subscription?

Yes! Simply click 'renew this subscription' next to your account information.
- I got two gift subscriptions at once for the same type of box. What can I do?

We can combine those subscriptions for you. Please let us know before the boxes begin to ship. If you have already received boxes, we cannot refund or return duplicates.
